OUR STORY:

Lazy Gal Coffee started when I walked away from my fast-paced corporate job — the kind that ran on deadlines and caffeine (the coffee was the only good part).

When I finally had time to slow down, I wanted a creative outlet. Something rooted in my daily routine. Something I’d never get tired of. 

Coffee had always been that constant for me, so I decided to take it a step further and learn how to roast it myself out of a small Mid-City apartment in Los Angeles.

When I was roasting, my roommate was always nearby baking something fresh. Catching the smell of coffee and pastries in the apartment became our ritual. That blend of creativity and comfort is heart of Lazy Gal Coffee.

After a lot of trial and error (and a few burnt batches), we found our rhythm. Lazy Gal Coffee is what came out of that process. A reminder that not everything worth doing has to be done fast.
